| Designed and built as a part of Cycle Cat's IMS program our frame slider systems are intended to minimize damage to critical components of the motorcycle in the greatest possible number of crash events. From another point of view the name of the game is to maximize the odds that the bike will be rideable or quickly repairable after a fall. S series frame slider components include an IMS chromolly engine mount stud two IMS CNC-machined aluminum nuts with stainless steel thread inserts and two IMS CNC-machined polymer sliders. Systems mount up through the front motor mount replacing the stock stud with a stronger alternative attached at the strongest point on the motorcycle frame. Sliders are removable and replaceable via two screws allowing quick and easy changeover between uncut and cut bodywork should both types be desired. |
